AMA Dist.17 Enduro Byron, IL

We heeded up for the sprint enduro up in Byron, IL the race was formatted with 4 wood test and 4 moto test. 3 out of the 4 woods test I made stupid mistakes that cost me time and wen I started running smooth and fast was with 1 wood test and 2 moto remaining. I ended up finishing 8th if would have not made the mistakes at the begging of the day I would have got into the top 5 where I should be running. For me it was not how I wanted the day to go and trying to figure out a new stile of event I did not to day just have to regroup and put in hard working and keep on pushing. AMA Dist.17 GP Coal Valley, IL

After spending Saturday at Roselawn working our race we got to headed out to Coal Valley to race a GP. The track was good my first moto in the vintage class I got 2nd off the start and was running good till I got hung up with some C riders and Brain got around me I charged back up to him and made a little bobble which coast me taking 2nd in moto 1. For Moto 2 I got 3rd off the start and was right behind Brain we were battling it out and going in to the last lap the door opened up I made the pass and was able to hold him off and take 2nd on the day. I ended up taking 7th in the B class and my Dad took 4th all in all a fun day racing with all our friends. I would like to thank every one who Helps T.C.R. going

   

Fox valley GP

we headed out to fox valley for GP we got to take out the our new camper for the first time this year and was nice being able to have to rush out in the mooring. the vintage race was going good me and Brain was going back and froth the entire 1st moto I made my move starting the last lap and then going in to the last turn I made a stupide mistake and he got around me. The 2nd moto I ended up finishing 2nd so I took 2nd on the day for my vintage class my dad took 3rd. My B class races did not go as plane I lost my rear brake soo between motos I bleed it was a little better then in 2nd moto I fell going in to a turn. I took 6th in B all in all a good day cant complain I would like to thank every one that sports us and keeps us going.

     

AMA Dist. 17 Hare Scrambles Atkinson, IL

We heeded out to Atkinson 1st time they had a race in 7yr. the track was dry and dusty and fast. I was battling my way up the pack till right before the check going in to the last lap I ended up crashing going over the bars. I took 7th on the day which was not a good weekend with crashing time to recover and get ready for next weekend GP. My dad took 5th and had a blast running such a fast wide open track. I would like to remind everyone the beef tax that if passed will put a 100% tax on 50-500cc European bike which would almost shut down all Husky, Gas Gas, KTM, Beat, Sherco, TM and any other European bike shop we need to stop this to keep our shops open and sport going strong.

Fox Valley Hare Scrambles

We went out for father day Hare Scramble at Wedron, IL I again road two classes vintage in the morning and 250B in the afternoon race. the morning race started off good I was battling for 2nd with Brain till I  lost my rear brake I limped the bike back to the pits and found the swing arm pivot nut loosen up and blocking the brake from working. I ended up finishing 4th my dad took 3rd. The afternoon race went well I battled my way up to 5th I felt like I was running good but still have room from improvement. It was a great way to spend fathers day I would I like to thank every one who makes this possible.

       

AMA Dist.17 Hare scramble Chandlerville, IL

We headed down Chandlerville for a hare scrambles going in to the week I felt really good going in to the race. I got a good start and was feeling good until I missed I turn and got lost with around 20 riders so now I am playing ketch up for the rest of the day I battle my way up to 8th on the day. I felt like I was running good and was able to hang with the guys up in front but one little mistake coast you the day. My dad finished 5th in his class and all in all it was a good day of racing. I would like to thank the club for laying out a fun track and thank all of out sponsors.

   

AMA Dist.17 GP Coal Valley, IL

After having a weekend off do to the race being rained out we made the trip out to coal Valley the practice was a little slick but the track tac up perfect by the start of the motos. In the vintage class I was running 3rd chasing down Brain and going into the last lap I could see him then into the last turn we where neck and neck he just edge me out I found out after the race that was the battle for the led. then going in to moto 2 I was gaining to Brain every lap and right before the last lap we came up to a lapper which I got hung up with and cost me the race I ended up taking 3rd and my Dad 4th for vintage. In B classes I had a bad 1st moto and moto 2 ran a lot better and took 6th on the day. All in all a good ridding and good way to spend  memorial day with all of our racing friends.
