AMA Dist.17 Hare Scrambles Wedron, IL

With the Saturday GP getting canceled we went out to pick up a 1987 WR 250 which we worked all day on Saturday to get it ready for Sunday race. we got to the track finished something up on the bike and got ready to race. Once again I was running 2 classes in the vintage race I got off to a good start and was right on Brain till I got hung up on some C riders and had a hard time getting passed them. I salted in for 3rd in vintage My Dad had a blast riding a 250 again since the late 80's. In my B class race I got a died last start which I hard to charge through the pack to get into 5th. I ended up getting around both of the guys that are right behind me to the overall point standings left with only 2 races left it will be going down to the wire.
